Are You New to Acupuncture? Here’s what You Can Expect.

If you’re new to acupuncture, don’t worry. Your consultation begins with a discussion about your condition, with targeted questions to determine the session and treatment plan. Treatment rooms are private

Being nervous is normal. Your acupuncturist will use small, sterile, single-use needles inserted into acupuncture points. You will then rest for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the treatment. It’s so relaxing that many people fall asleep.

At the end of your acupuncture session, we will remove the needles. You will receive a treatment plan before you leave and have your questions answered.
